    What our 3D scanning service covers

    We scan physical objects and turn them into digital data you can use. Typical outputs are point clouds and meshes for viewing, measuring, comparing against CAD, rebuilding as editable CAD models, or sending straight to a 3D printer. Scanning can be a standalone job or the first step of our reverse engineering and inspection work. If you only need the data, we deliver the data.

    Parts that are small and detailed, mid-sized engineering components and larger structures need different scanners, which is why we choose the system per job instead of forcing every part through one machine.

    How it works

    1. Tell us about the part. WhatsApp a photo, the approximate size, material and what you need the data for.
    2. We recommend an approach and send a free quotation. We advise which scanner and workflow fit, and whether the part needs surface preparation.
    3. Scanning. We scan your part at our Kallang office, or on-site anywhere in Singapore.
    4. Processing. The raw scan is cleaned and aligned into usable data.
    5. Delivery or next step. You receive the scan data, or we continue into CAD modelling, reverse engineering or 3D printing.
