Description

The HeyGears G1X is a desktop printer that handles full-colour 3D building, 3D texture printing and 2D UV printing in a single machine, so parts come off finished, with colour, texture and detail printed together. HeyGears describes it as the world’s first desktop full-colour 3D and UV printer.

An i3200 industrial printhead with eight ink channels prints at 1440 x 2400 DPI on more than 400 base materials, and a resin station adds full-colour 3D building. It suits figurines, models, gifts, signage, branded merchandise and colour prototypes. One Machine, Three Ways to Create

Full-colour 3D building, 3D texture printing and 2D UV printing run on the same machine, with no painting, decals or assembly of separately coloured parts. Load a file, choose the mode and print.

Full-Colour 3D Build

Colour runs through the whole build, so figurines, miniatures and models are finished the moment printing stops. Colour and clear resin print together for transparent parts, and eight ink channels, including light cyan and light magenta, give smooth gradients without banding. Full-colour 3D building needs the resin station, which is included in the G1X Full-3D Pack.

3D Texture Printing

Build relief that you can see and feel, such as grain, brush strokes, engraving and braille, in full colour. HeyGears recommends a texture height of up to 5 mm.

2D UV Printing on 400+ Materials

Print photo-grade graphics directly onto flat or cylindrical surfaces, with no transfers, screens or minimum run. Acrylic, wood, leather, metal, glass, ceramic, ABS, PVC, TPU and textiles are all supported, and the rotary attachment handles bottles and tumblers.

AI One-Click Generation

Every G1 Series pack includes a HeyVerse Plus annual subscription. Upload a photo, a sketch or a sentence and the software builds a printable full-colour model with texture depth, then sends it to the printer. Image-to-3D, text-to-3D and AI 3D texture creation are included.

Built for Small-Batch Production

Printhead heating and white-ink agitation help prevent clogging, and a precision line-scan camera calibrates head alignment automatically on every job. Lay out a full tray on the flatbed to print cases, badges, gifts and promotional runs in one pass. The G1X i3200 printhead prints UV up to 3x faster than desktop printers with a single F1080 head (HeyGears internal testing).
